| Skegness and District Seniors Forum |
| Open meetings are held every two months to allow local members to discuss issues of concern. For each topic, the current situation is laid out by local experts who are invited to explain the procedures and policies that are currently in place and those that are in the planning stage. Members are then invited to ask questions and propose suggested improvements that have not been taken into account. Skegness and District Seniors Forum is still relatively new., and so far have been involved with such issues as The Launch of Dial-a-Ride in Skegness, Intermediate Care, Podiatry and Care Following Hospitalisation within the East Lincolnshire NHS Trust. We have also reviewed the issue of the payment of pensions at local post offices. |
